About Dane Court Grammar School
Dane Court Grammar School is a mixed, selective secondary school, with about 1,200 students and are also a Teaching School. Dane Court is a lovely place to learn and work. The spacious site is near the centre of Broadstairs, a picturesque town on the East Kent coast. The recently completed £20 million rebuilding programme means the school has state of the art facilities which are truly suited to learning in the 21st Century. They seek to develop the academic potential of every student, through excellent teaching and rigorous support. They aim for every student to leave the school after seven years with the best possible qualifications, in order to enter a top university, prior to a fulfilling career. They also aim to ensure that every student develops the integrity and the confidence to be effective and happy adults.

Dane Court Grammar School Courses and Mock Exams
With high entry standards to Dane Court Grammar School, your child will need plenty of preparation in order to get in. Parents can choose to use tutors/tuition centres or books/structured courses. The benefits of a structured course are that it is tailored to the area you are applying for and parents can focus on helping their child rather than worrying about which books to buy when and what order to do the work in.

Revision
We have created a revision course which is suitable for this school. This tends to be used by families who have not found us until very late and have perhaps prepared with books or with some tutoring but now want to have something more structured.
Please do not do this course if you have done any of the courses above as there is some crossover of material.
Preparation for Independent School 11 Plus Exams
Often we will find parents are asking their children to sit an 11 Plus exam for a grammar school in September and then are going on to sit an Independent School 11 Plus exam the following January.
